More than dog training...
We have countless dog trainers, training methods and resources available today - yet many dog owners still feel stuck because the real challenge often goes beyond the training itself.
Dog training is about more than the dog - it's about the partnership between dog and handler. It's about communication, understanding, emotions, expectations, and the mental part of growth - whether your goal is simply to enjoy your everyday life or reaching your full potential in competition. That's the philosophy behind Canine Beyond Limits.
Dog training meeting mindset
Canine Beyond Limits is a collaboration between Louise and Katja, built on a shared belief that the best results come from supporting the entire partnership - not just the dog. While we each contribute with own area of expertise, we work towards the same goal: helping both dog and handler develop together.
Louise specializes in canine behaviour, learning and wellbeing, while Katja focuses on coaching, mindset and mental performance for the person holding the lead.
Together, we design workshops and learning experiences that help both dog and handler grow together.
While Canine Beyond Limits is our shared collaboration, we also each offer individual services within our own area of expertise. Based in the northern part of Denmark, and Louise is the owner of nordiske poter specialising in canine behaviour, learning and wellbeing, while Katja runs doglife inspiration providing 1:1 coaching focused on mindset, mental performance and personal development for dog handlers.
How We Can Help
Our work addresses both the practical challenges of dog training and the mental processes that shape the relationship between dog and handler.
Whether your dog pulls on the lead, struggles with reactivity, finds it difficult to settle, or needs help learning new skills and improving obedience, we're here to support you.
We also support the person behind the lead. You may struggle with performance anxiety, competition nerves, self-doubt or unrealistic expectations of yourself. Or perhaps frustration and uncertainty have started to overshadow the enjoyment of training.
Whether your goal is a more enjoyable everyday life, a stronger relationship with your dog, or reaching your full potential as a dog handler, we tailor our approach to your unique situation and help you take the next step.
